Third Stitching Machine at Leading Midwest Bindery Offers Faster Production, More Product Verstaility for Schultz Customers
DETROIT – Schultz Bindery, an ISO 9000-certified post press solutions provider serving printing companies throughout the Midwest, has recently installed a new Harris 750 saddle stitcher. With three saddle stitching machines now at Schultz Bindery, the new equipment offers customers expanded production capacity for a wider range of products.

“Our new and longtime customers increasingly value how economical and versatile saddle stitching can be,” said Tom Schultz, president of Schultz Bindery. “The Harris stitcher allows us to meet the diverse stitching needs of Midwest printers more quickly and cost-effectively.”
The new stitcher has eight pockets, a cover feeder and can handle a range of project formats, from 3.5” x 5.5” to 12” x 19.5”. All stitching equipment at Schultz Bindery features fourth and fifth knife trimming capabilities to enable efficient two-up production of booklets, brochures, magazines, direct mail pieces and other products.
Schultz Bindery’s stitching services include loop stitching, corner stitching, side stitching, drilling, trimming and more.
